Sep. 18 - The United States Toxic Mold Safety and Protection Act, also
known as "The Melina Bill", is a sweeping piece of mold legislation
will mandate comprehensive research into mold growth, create programs to educate
the public about the dangers of toxic mold, and provide assistance to victims.
Proposed by Congressman John Conyers, Jr., HR1268 proposes guidelines for preventing
indoor mold growth, establishing removal standards, and authorization of tax
